Quotes and ordering
- How do I get a quote?
- Call 02 4228 3508 or send the details through the contact form. Tell us what garments you need, roughly how many, and whether you have a logo ready, and we will come back with pricing and next steps.
- What do you need from me to quote?
- The type of garment, the quantities and sizes, where the logo goes and your logo file. If you do not have all of that yet, send what you have and we will fill in the gaps with you.
- Is there a minimum order?
- We work with small and large orders, from a single polo to a full site uniform rollout. Tell us the quantity when you enquire and we will confirm pricing and any minimums for your garment.
- Can I supply my own garments?
- Yes. We can decorate garments you already own, or supply the garments and brand them for you in one order. Ask us if a particular item will take embroidery or printing well.
Logos, artwork and branding
- What logo file should I send?
- A vector file such as PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or SVG is best. If all you have is a low-resolution image, our design team can prepare it for stitching or printing.
- Will I see a proof before you start?
- Yes. You approve a proof before we embroider, print or produce anything.
- Should I choose embroidery or DTF printing?
- Embroidery suits polos, shirts, jackets and caps, and holds up well to repeated washing. Direct-to-film printing suits detailed, full-colour artwork and lighter jobs. Our guide on the news page explains how to choose, or call us and we will recommend one.
- Can you match our brand colours?
- Send your logo and brand colours and we will prepare the artwork and confirm how each item will look before anything is made.
Garments, brands and sizing
- Which brands do you supply?
- We are an authorised supplier of Bisley, Portwest, PIP, AS Colour, Biz Collection, DNC, JB's Wear, Grace Collection, Bocini and Paramount Safety. Ask us if you want something not on that list and we will tell you whether we can source it.
- Do you have women's fits?
- Yes. We tailor our range to fit both women and men, and women's-fit options are available across most of the range.
- Do you supply hi-vis for day and night?
- Yes. We supply day and day/night hi-vis shirts, polos, vests and jackets, branded with embroidery or printing so your crew is easy to spot.
- Can you supply PPE with the uniforms?
- Yes. We supply head, eye, hearing, hand and foot protection alongside uniforms, so one order can cover the garments and the gear.
Turnaround, delivery and visiting
- How long does an order take?
- Most orders are completed within 10 business days. If you have a tight deadline, call us and we will do our best to make it work.
- Do you deliver Australia-wide?
- We supply businesses across Australia. Tell us where the order is going when you enquire and we will confirm delivery options.
- Can I pick up my order or visit the workshop?
- Yes. We are at Unit 31/10 Sylvester Avenue, Unanderra. We are open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4pm and Friday 8:30am to 2pm, and closed on weekends. Call ahead and we will have your order ready.
Australian made, organic and eco-friendly
- Do you have Australian made gear?
- Yes. Australian made garments and products are available. Tell us what you need and we will show you which options are made in Australia.
- Do you offer organic options?
- Yes. Organic cotton options are available for tees, polos and more. Ask us what suits your garment and your budget.
- What makes your service environmentally friendly?
- We decorate to order, in-house, so nothing is made in bulk that you do not need, and we help you choose garments built to last so you replace them less often.
- Can I ask for Australian made and organic together?
- Ask us. Availability depends on the garment and brand, and we will tell you what is possible before you order.

- HTG Group (Hi Tech Graphics) is a family-owned, woman-led business based in Unanderra, Wollongong, and has served Australian businesses since 2007.
- Do you work with small businesses and clubs?
- Yes. We outfit everyone from two-person trade crews and local clubs to large construction firms, councils and hospitality groups.
