Privacy Policy

HTG Group (Hi Tech Graphics) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our day to day dealings with you, how we use it, who sees it and what your rights are. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). You can read the principles on the OAIC website.

Last updated: 9 October 2026. Our address is Unit 31/10 Sylvester Avenue, Unanderra NSW 2526.

What we collect

Personal information is information that identifies you or could reasonably identify you. We collect:

  • Contact form details: your name, company, phone number, email address and message.
  • What you tell us when you call or email us, including quote and order details.
  • Order and artwork files, such as logos, that you send so we can do the work.
  • Basic website usage data, described under Analytics below.

We only ask for what we need to quote, make and deliver your order. We do not ask for sensitive information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, make and deliver your order, keep records of jobs and run our business. We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

How enquiries reach us

When you send the contact form, the website sends your message as an email through Resend to our admin mailbox. Our email runs on Google Workspace, so emails you send us are also handled by Google.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-04M8ZPHGBZ) to understand how the site is used. It collects page views, your device and browser type, your approximate location, and events such as clicking a phone number or submitting the contact form. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Other services on this website

  • Google Maps is embedded on the home and contact pages. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
  • Google reviews are shown on the site. These are public reviews. Reviewer names and photos are shown as published on Google.
  • The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which may use cookies and server logs for security and performance, and may add its own privacy friendly web analytics.
  • We host our fonts ourselves, so no browser requests go to Google Fonts.
  • We link to our Instagram page. We do not run tracking pixels from Instagram or other social networks on this site.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, the Google Maps embed and Cloudflare, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site, such as the map, may work less well if you do.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business (email, analytics and hosting), and where the law requires or allows it. These providers may store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to use providers that protect information appropriately, but we do not control how they run their systems.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and for our business records, including job and tax records that we may need to keep for several years. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet.

Access and correction

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Email admin@htggroup.net. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first at admin@htggroup.net or on 02 4228 3508 and we will try to sort it out. If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
